Task: Make a souffle.

What my spreadsheet says: I've never made one that hasn't sunk.

More Details: I have made souffle in the past, but they've never turned out quite as well as I'd hoped. Making one truly stunning, delicious, unsinkable souffle would be a very nice thing indeed.

One off task? Yes.

Measurable? Yes, by doing it and blogging about the results.
