Task: Finish a business plan.

What my spreadsheet says: Proper, A-Z business plan. I probably won't carry it out anytime soon, but it has to have exit strategies, projected incomes & outgoings, and all the other things people want to see in BPs.

More Details: Apparently there are free workshops one can attend to provide more info, so I'm intrigued. This is a "what to do in the future" task, like the beekeeping and choccy making.

One off task? Yes, but it'll extend over a couple of days, I expect.

Measurable? Yes, by doing and blogging.

Task: Phone a commercial letting agency and find out just how much rent on a shop would be.

What my spreadsheet says: I keep on wondering this. It's part of #80, anyway.

More Details: I see things like "from £7.50/sqft" on advertising hoardings. Is that per month? Per year? Per day? Can I rent a square foot of space? Why are these things advertised in floor area anyway? Why not, "it's a shop, the whole thing costs this much"?

One off task? Yes, but it does link into #80.

Measurable? Yes, by doing it and folding the results into something else.
