Task: Eat at a Michelin starred restaurant.
What my spreadsheet says: This is a bit trickier, as it will probably involve eating meat. Still, I'm open to the suggestion that if I'm going to eat meat anywhere it might as well be very good.
More Details: I'm a pescetarian. I tell people I'm veggie because it's easier to explain and I don't really eat that much fish anyway. Michelin-starred veggie is not a common event, so I'll have to make a compromise somewhere down the line, I'm sure.
One off task? Yes.
Measurable? Yes, by going and writing a trip report.

Not so tricky in Amsterdam. We have the following Michelin starred restaurants:
ReplyDeleteCiel Bleu at the Okura (2*) - http://www.cielbleu.nl/en/Home.html
Yamazato at the Okura (1*) - http://www.yamazato.nl/en/Home.html
and
La Rive at the Amstel (1*) - http://www.restaurantlarive.nl/en/index.php?wp=menukaart
All of these restaurants are happy to accommodate non-meat eaters. Yakamoto especially has a fantastic fish selection. All the menus are downloadable from the websites.
So if we can persuade you over the water - these would be my suggestions.
