Task: Make a batch of boiled sweets
What my spreadsheet says: Boiling sugar syrup is FUN, and I've never made boiled sweets despite wanting to ever since I read the Time Life book on Confectionary.
More Details: I've made somewhat runny toffee, but that's about as far as I've gone. Boiled sweets have to be some of the easiest things to make, too. If I have spare fruit from the foraging task I'll try to make sweeties out of that.
One off task? Yes, but if it's really fun...
Measurable? Yes, by blogging the results and handing them out to people.
