Task: Make beetroot pasta that looks and tastes fantastic.

What my spreadsheet says: Pink food is rarely a good idea. Still, if the filling is good enough it won't matter.

More Details: I could do a lasagne-type thing, with layers of wafer thin purpley-pink pasta, or individual ravioli, or I could try making stripey pasta. I just think it'll be funny.

One off task? Yes, but I expect there will be a few failed experiments en route.

Measurable? Yes, by doing it and blogging about the results.
