Task: Take the bike out at least 250 times
What my spreadsheet says: If I can find a velo track somewhere, so much the better.
More Details: I don't go cycling enough, although if I carry out the walking and swimming tasks the cycling will take me well over the top for exercise quality. 250 times is once in four days, but I imagine it'll be more frequently in the summer, less so in winter.
One off task? Nope; this is one of the "habit forming" tasks.
Measurable? Yes, by doing it and logging it all in Ascent.
