What my spreadsheet says: In whatever country she happens to be in. I am aware that this is a "reliant on someone else" goal which is not good practice.
More Details: I have no idea where she'll be when I get around to doing this task. Could be Spain. On the other hand, it might be New Zealand. So, we'll see how this one pans out.
