Task: Stop buying coffee on the way into work.
What my spreadsheet says: 15 quid a week on coffee and a muffin is expensive. Dropping that would be a big help.
More Details: This is my only "stop" thing on the list without a specific target. Also, whilst pastries are a nice treat eating them every day is really not good for the figure.
One off task? Nope, and it should be habit forming.
Measurable? Not really. I just have to get out of the old habit.
