Task: Build a camera.
What my spreadsheet says: Pinhole is fine, but I should try making one out of a big wooden box with a cannibalised Lubitel lens and ground-glass backplate.
More Details: I've been making pinholes for years, so it's time to kick it up a notch. A big box, knackered Lubitel that's fine to dismantle, and some method of loading film or paper (or home-made glass plates, even), and I think I can re-invent camera technology that's over 150 years old.
One off task? Yes, but with a time commitment.
Measurable? Yes, it's a physical object, and I'll blog the process.
