Task: Do Something About It
What my spreadsheet says: Whenever DSAI contacts me, read the email and follow the instructions (within reason) instead of binning it automagically.
More Details: Do Something About It is a great idea. I don't automagically bin their stuff, I read and act upon it. However, if I receive an email saying "and now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party" with instructions on how to assassinate the president, I think I'll say no. Or would I?
One off task? Nope.
Measurable? Yes, by doing it (but not necessarily blogging it).
