Task: (as part of 87) Eat breakfast.
What my spreadsheet says: I really should eat some fruit for breakfast, or porridge, or something. Instead, I have this bad habit (#87) which needs stopping.
More Details: Or fruity porridge! Because I don't eat breakfast before leaving the house I can get a bit out of step with meals. Must try harder to eat. And while I'm making breakfast I might as well make lunch, too.
One off task? Nope, and this is a habit-forming exercise
Measurable? Well, yes, but it's a bit dull.
