Task: Learn how to make chocolates
What my spreadsheet says: Attend a chocolate making course that isn't a "sugarcraft" or "one-day hands-on" thing. A proper, serious piece of education in which I learn something.
More Details: A week-long course at Slattery's is on the cards.
One off task? Yes, but over the course of a week.
Measurable? Yes, by attending and blogging about the course.
