Task: Make jam from foraged fruit.
What my spreadsheet says: Go foraging and collect enough free fruit to make sufficient jam and/or chutney to give to people as presents.
More Details: This could be interesting and will probably involve picking up free fruit from hidden apple trees and wild berry bushes.
One off task? Yes, but over a couple of days.
Measurable? Yes, by handing over jars of stuff to people probably sick of the sight of jam :)
